The Carraway is a 1921 Apartment building in the historic Columbia Heights neighborhood just two miles north of Downtown Washington, DC.

In 2015, May Riegler completely renovated the entire building including modernizing all 15 rental units, adding amenity space, and replacing all mechanical systems and utilities throughout.
