KEVIN RIEGLER
Founder & Principal
Kevin brings over 22 years of real estate development experience. Since co-founding May Riegler in 2009, he has spearheaded the development of over 35 projects, collectively valued at more than $1 billion. Kevin directs the strategic vision of May Riegler, actively pursuing new projects, partnerships, and investors. His focus includes mixed-use development, hospitality, luxury resort homes, and industrial projects, primarily in the rapidly expanding Colorado lifestyle markets.
Kevin’s leadership and visionary approach have been instrumental in the company’s growth and success.
ERIC MAY
Founder & Principal
Eric brings over 26 years of experience in commercial real estate to his role at May Riegler, where he oversees the management of the company’s existing portfolio and a $550 million pipeline. He leads new acquisition initiatives, with a primary focus on the greater Washington, D.C. market.
Prior to joining May Riegler in 2019, Eric served as a partner at The Goldstar Group. There, he successfully directed the acquisition, development, and disposition of nearly 1,000 multifamily apartment units, 100 condo units, and over 800,000 square feet of suburban office, flex, and industrial space.
CHRIS MANSUY
Senior Vice President
Chris brings 25 years of construction development experience, leading projects from pre-development through entitlements, design, and construction. Before joining May Riegler, he held roles as Director of Operations at Adams Investment Group and Project Manager at The Clark Construction Group. His expertise spans multifamily, mixed-use, new construction, adaptive reuse, historic properties, hotels, restaurants, retail, and industrial projects.
Chris holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and is LEED AP certified.
BILL CUMMINGS
President
With 16 years of extensive experience in real estate investment and development, Bill Cummings serves as President and Director of Asset Management and Finance. In his role, he directs the underwriting, acquisition, financing, asset management, and disposition strategies for a diverse portfolio encompassing multifamily, industrial, retail, and hospitality projects.
Bill holds a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Kyle joined May Riegler in 2015 as the Chief Financial Officer/Controller, assuming responsibility for all aspects of accounting, investor relations, reporting, budgeting, and human resources within the organization.
Kyle began his career with KPMG, where he served as an auditor for both public and private companies before advancing to a manager position at JBG, a prominent real estate firm in Washington, D.C.
Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Virginia.
